Back in 2008 I had this window of time...and then two more children, school budget cuts, a new teaching position in district, then surprisingly another new position--but this time in Vermont--I just lost track of this space.
Well, I am back because so much has changed in education, and sadly too many things are staying the same.
My writing goal this year is to share thoughts and resources about teaching in rural poverty , truly integrating technology in the classroom (not just assigning students to use it), and that elephant in the room: What is best for children?
